Alex Dvorak is a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It is her mission to inspire young girls to follow their dreams, no matter what hardships they face.

She was raised in Washington, D.C. to a Czech father and Puerto Rican mother.

​

Her scars have accompanied her on the runways of New York Fashion Week. Her published personal essays on her cancer survivorship, the modeling industry, and her Latinidad in The Washington Post, HuffPost, and more, have inspired a slew of new development opportunities.

She is the author of an upcoming (2025) YA graphic Novel with Mad Cave Studios.

Alex wrote, co-directed, and starred in the original short film BAD SURVIVOR, based on her highly anticipated graphic novel. The film is having a successful 2024 film festival run. She is currently taking meetings with agents, managers, and production companies.
